Is it just me or, is our cycle of being enamored with a new platform, then it reaching a critical mass, then disenchantment reaching much faster cycle times? Shoot, it took everyone years to get disenchanted with Facebook and Twitter. I think there’s a final stage: acceptance. Acceptance is that stage wherein we neither love nor hate the platform, nor find it overbearing, nor creepy, and just use it for what it is. Or not.
